At Minga London, we want you to love your new aesthetic, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags are intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your generated return label and drop the package off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
